Who keeps their word to young workers

A public record of how employers, unions and training programs treat the students we introduce. Reviews come only from people who actually did a trial or a first job through Three Routes, so none of them are fake. Grades are earned by behaviour and cannot be bought.

A

Three or more real reviews are needed before a grade shows. It cannot be bought and it cannot be hidden.

Only real experiences

You can review a partner only after a trial or a first job that Three Routes set up. We have the record, so there are no fake reviews.

Right of reply

Every review and complaint goes to the partner, who can answer publicly. Both sides show.

Complaints with follow-up

Promised $18, paid $15? No safety boots? File it from your page. The partner has 14 days to respond and the outcome is on their profile.

Grades you can't buy

Verified means three or more reviews, outcomes recorded, no open complaints and good ratings. Nothing else gets you there.

How the grade works

Verified

Three or more reviews, outcomes recorded, no open complaints, students rate it well.

Verified with concerns

Reviewed, but with an open complaint, low ratings or trials left unrecorded.

Not yet rated

Fewer than three reviews so far. The record is building.

Suspended

Removed from matching until an unresolved issue is fixed.

Scores: paid as promised and on time (25), safe site and gear (20), someone actually showed you the work (15), hours matched what was promised (15), treated with respect (15), would recommend to a friend (10). A partner is suspended from matching while a complaint is unresolved past 14 days or on a safety finding; the grade returns when it is fixed.

Partners on record

The first partners are being reviewed now. Profiles appear here as soon as a partner has hosted a trial through Three Routes.

Students: your record travels with you

Every trial you show up to and every rating an employer leaves sits on your My progress page. When you say yes to a new introduction, that employer sees a summary (trials attended, no-shows, average rating, hired) and never a past employer's name or note. You can switch that off on My progress. Employers tell us reliability matters more than marks; this is how you prove it.

Employers, unions and programs

A Verified mark on your job posts and your van says you treat first jobs well, and it was earned, not paid for. Post an opening to be introduced to candidates and start your record. Questions, or a review you disagree with: [email protected].
